Soy Sauce

Kikkoman soy sauce, the brand we use most often, is naturally fermented and produced in Walworth Wisconsin. The primary ingredient after water is wheat.

Wasabi! is owned and operated by Rob Burns with an international supporting staff. A native of Omaha, Robbie first visited Shizuoka, Japan (Omaha's Sister City) in 1983 as result of the connection between Shizuoka University and the University of Nebraska - Omaha. A part time job at a local sashimi shop named "Ishikawa" near Shizuoka University paved the road leading to Wasabi!.

Careers in landscaping and international trade development since 1983 have made it possible for Wasabi Robbie to travel to Japan and other parts of Asia numerous times. Here at Wasabi!, he has tried to bring together some of the best parts of Japanese traditional and modern cuisine.
